INFORMATION ABOUT DEVON VALLEY HOTEL & LE VENUE REWARDS

• The DVH Rewards Program is for Devon Valley Hotel & Le Venue team-members only
• This Program is an incentive to reward all team-members
• Rewards are reflected monthly, only if the Hotel has made positive progress in the month of publication
• ‘Positive progress’ is defined in 5 categories as “progress in (i) guest experience, (ii) cleanliness, (iii) service, (iv) cost savings and (v) sales”
• Only team-members who have served for 2 years or more qualify for rewards
• Tip earners only participate in rewards in the low season months (because they have exposure to tips which other team-members don’t enjoy)
• Each team-member will be sent an SMS with his/her unique passcodes to access his/her reward profile.
