Also available is a Whisky and Food Pairing 4-course dinner menu at only R550 per person. The fusion of Single Malt Whiskies and contemporary cuisine offers a truly unique experience. Indulge in the chorizo and prawn starter with king oyster mushrooms, perfectly paired with Black Bottle. And the black pepper rubbed beef fillet paired with Singleton Tailfire. Ending off the meal with a dessert medley – macaroons, whisky truffles and parfait and prune compote with Three Ships Bourbon Cask.
