Flavours Restaurant has always celebrated classic dishes with a difference, where the focus is on bold flavours with a fresh, clean taste. The new menu concept was built on the idea of different flavours and how a simple dish can be transformed by changing the flavours or main ingredient. The menu changes monthly and can be divided in up to twelve different flavour profiles with anything from chocolate, cheese, mushrooms to nuts and fruits and divides each course under the different flavours.
For an exquisite experience, indulge in the 5-course taste journey with four depicted items from the menu, served with a sorbet palate cleanser and tea or coffee for only R310 per person.
Chef Markus Schwemberger and Food & Beverage Manager, Jaco Swanepoel, has also perfectly paired the SylvanVale Wines and Single Malt Whiskies with world-class noshes to bring you an incredible taste experience.
