The Devon Valley Hotel has been providing Handmade Hospitality for decades. With its own working Vineyard, SylvanVale, and the extensive collection of Single Malt Whiskies, the hotel has been the venue of choice for flavoursome food and fine wine & whisky lovers alike.

Chef Markus Schwemberger and Food & Beverage Manager, Jaco Swanepoel, has perfectly paired the SylvanVale Wines and Single Malt Whiskies with world-class noshes to bring you an incredible taste experience. Choose between either the Whisky & Food pairing for only R155 per person or the Food & Wine Pairing for only R75 per person. Feast your senses with great flavour combinations, such as the chorizo and candied apples with Glenmorangie 10YR.

Also available is a Whisky and Food Pairing 4-course dinner menu at only R395 per person. The fusion of Single Malt Whiskies and contemporary cuisine offers a truly unique experience. Indulge in the chorizo and prawn starter with king oyster mushrooms, perfectly paired with Black Bottle. And the black pepper rubbed beef fillet paired with Singleton Tailfire.
