New Le Venue restaurant open at the house of J.C. Le Roux

jclerouxEnjoy pure foodie heaven in the Stellenbosch Winelands at the chic new Le Venue restaurant at The House of J.C. Le Roux for your taste of Le Good Life.

One of the gems of the stylish four month makeover that literally raised the roof of South Africa’s leading home of sparkling wine, this dazzling new restaurant provides an uplifting setting for a relaxed escape in the heart of picturesque Devon Valley.

The inviting al fresco deck is the perfect spot to enjoy delicious food on sunny days while sipping on award-winning J.C. Le Roux Méthode Cap Classique and sparkling wines, with a new gourmet braai area a welcome addition especially for private functions.

Mouthwatering breakfasts that feature regularly on the menu include a “vineyard breakfast” of truffle centred scrambled egg, pesto button mushrooms, fried cocktail tomatoes, candied bacon, mini rösti and chipolatas. The French toast layered with grilled bananas and bacon, topped with Canadian maple syrup and crispy prosciutto ice cream is a must.

With their natural affinity to bubbly, oysters and sushi are always on the lunch menu. Other dishes include Thai beef salad, a winning combination with J.C. Le Roux Pinot Noir Rosé or spicy Portuguese chicken fillet. Desserts and bubbly are also a perfect match especially the red velvet cake and La Fleurette crème Brule.

Flaunting style and glamour, Le Venue is the ultimate hot spot for fashionistas and wine lovers alike.

The House of J.C. Le Roux, situated in the Devon Valley in the heart of the Stellenbosch Winelands, is open seven days a week. Le Venue is open from 09h00 till 16h00 with breakfast served between 09h00 and 11h00 and lunch from 12h00 till 15h00.
